Jason Chang, MS
Biography
Y. Jason Chang, MS is the Health Equity Institute Statistician at San Francisco State University (SFSU). He previously held positions in the Division of Adolescent Medicine and the Center of AIDS Prevention Studies (CAPS) at the University of California at San Francisco. He specializes in statistical analysis and data management.
At HEI, he helps develop strong research proposals for highly competitive funding mechanisms as well as providing technical assistance to SF State faculty in developing their methods, power analysis and data analytic strategies for proposals being submitted.
Chang earned a master's degree in Physics from San Jose State University in 1990 and a master's degree in Statistics from California State University, Hayward in 2001.
