Synopsis

THE BREAK - An ecosystem on the brink of collapse, and one that provides most of California’s drinking water. This film looks at the state of the Sacramento San Joaquin River Delta and the weakening levees that support and sustain it: a cautionary tale of preserving our natural resources.
